Product

All of our art prints are made to order reproductions of original watercolor paintings scanned by a high quality Epson scanner at 300dpi or higher. Although slight variance does exist from the original, we do our best to ensure consistency by conducting ink tests to ensure the colors of our prints match the real painting as closely as possible. Please note that the images on your screen may vary slightly in color from the actual print.

The flexibility and direct control over quality is one of the reasons we choose to own the entire print process in house from the inception of our business.

Shipping

  • US orders over $80 will enjoy a flat shipping fee of $5.
  • US orders over $125 will receive free standard shipping.
  • All full priced Original Paintings ship FREE via Priority with tracking within the US. Please select the Standard Shipping option during checkout and you will be automatically upgraded.
  • All orders outside of US over $200 will ship free via USPS International.

U.S. orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days and will arrive in 3-5 business days after via USPS Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available.

International orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days and the delivery timeline will vary by country and carrier. Please contact us directly if rush delivery is needed.

Returns

Your satisfaction is super important to us!

Art Prints: If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge or issue a refund. For returns due to any other reason, please initiate the return within 14 days from receiving the product. However, the original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.

Original Paintings + Commissioned Art: All purchases are final.

Can you send an order as a gift?

Yes! Many of our customers order our products as presents for their friends and family (awesome!). To do so, simply leave a note during checkout with:
  • 1) Recipient name
  • 2) Sender name
  • 3) Sender message (optional)

We will also include a special note card for the recipient.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I accept a limited number of commissions each year, and am currently booked out through April 2017. Please visit the commissions page for more info and contact hello@seewhyzhang.com to inquire.
